Teramind vs. WorkTime

Easy to use and to install this great solution and it is very easy to remotely monitor all our employees activities and get reports on what they are doing and what applications are being used and doesn't make users computer slow and that they never notice when they are being monitored.

If you're not doing all your work on your computer, you'll find this software pretty useless unless you can login and then logout when you start and end your day. However, I will definitely recommend it to anyone who does an hourly paid job. It's much easier to calculate wages with timely reporting. Great support team software and flexible working hours.

• Activity Trends--You can see what types of programs, trends or content effect users.
• Motivation--Users have access to their productivity dashboards and metrics compared against other users, and it can increase motivation through friendly competition.

• It creates duplicate each time i try to log on a different device.
• With antivirus in place it may be hard to install because it always flag it as a virus.

For new users, the web admin console is welcoming and easy to use. The configuration and the required settings are easy to understand.

They've got live chat support right on their dashboard, which usually responds within minutes.

WorkTime has very helpful employees. Even the CEO is welcoming and easy to reach. They provide full support via chat and email. Their tech department even created special script to help me fulfill needs of my team. You can also reach then on the phone via their business hours. The downside is the absence of 24/7 support or at least an Irish subsidiary for local users support.

Teramind is easy simple easy to navigate through with and intuitive and powerful user interface offering dashboard rich features and excellent video and screen recording and being able to hind log out access which makes it the smart monitoring tool than any other products. Teramind can be used from anywhere both in app and web based.

We're using employee monitoring for the first time

• Its automation block emails containing sensitive information and prevention to use of external drives.
• Powerful rule engine which allows [the] creation of rules and policies to easily address data loss and prevention needs.
• DLP Monitor every action that that a user makes.
