A4B CMMS

A4B is a Computerized Maintenance Management System for small and mid-sized maintenance teams. It was built around two design decisions that separate it from the rest of the CMMS category:

Most CMMS platforms charge $45–75 per user per month, which makes the software more expensive exactly as a maintenance team grows, onboards part-time staff, or brings contractors into the tool. A4B Premium is $19.99 per month for up to 50 users — the 50th user costs the same as the first. Teams that share A4B with contractors, seasonal staff, or technicians who only log in occasionally don't have to ration logins against a seat count.

A4B is currently the only CMMS shipping with an MCP server, allowing Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP-compatible assistants to read and write maintenance data directly — through the same permission model, multi-tenant isolation, and audit log as the web UI. For organizations already using AI assistants, this means maintenance data becomes a first-class source the assistant can query and update, rather than information that has to be copied out and re-described for every prompt.

The product is available in English and Ukrainian, with billing in USD, EUR, and UAH. A free plan (5 users, 50 assets, 2 workspaces) is available indefinitely with no credit card required, so evaluators can use it with real data before talking to anyone.
