We use it to manage the work orders for cleaning and setup at our church. We have 15 part-time employees and 3 full-time employees that use it. Many of our work orders are repeated weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly and MaintainX allows us to track these repeated work orders. We also use it as a platform for other church employees to submit work order needed throughout the campus.

MaintainX would work best for any organization that has work orders with multiple steps to complete (especially for repeated work orders) and multiple employees to manage. It would also be especially good for businesses where the work schedule is variable or if the same steps need to be completed regularly.

Our organization uses MaintainX to receive, create, track, and follow-up work orders for 70+ residential and vocational locations across the Midlands of South Carolina. We are able to prioritize needs based on real-time information using the MaintainX app with pop-up notifications to our technicians. <br>House and Progam Managers have access to MaintainX to submit their work orders and are able to track the status of repair through the MaintainX app.

Prior to using MaintainX, our organization was using hard copy work order submissions via fax which would get lost between departments. MaintainX has alleviated the use of paperwork by having an easy way to track current work orders and the ability to find previous work orders using built-in filters. It also allows managers to assign work to technicians instantaneously.

We run various injection molds integrated with automation. We use this software to manage mold tool repairs that are requested by our team members. MaintainX is the perfect communication &amp; tracking tool that links our production cells and our tool repair team. MaintainX allows direct communication between each group. Its a terrific tool for tracking repair history for each asset (tool). Prior to MaintainX, we used an in house system that was difficult to use, so sometimes repairs would be pushed off.

Our organization uses MaintainX to create work orders for troubleshooting equipment and creating work orders for preventive maintenance on in-use equipment. Being that we have multiple locations we work from, it gives us the ability to create work orders in real time and update the team without having to place individual phone calls for service.

MaintainX is perfect in an environment where accessing paper logs would be cumbersome. Giving our technicians the ability to pull up schematics, manuals, etc. in the palm of their hands is beyond ideal. The function of being able to take a picture and store it within the app is amazing as well. It makes troubleshooting over the phone with a technician 10x easier when you can circle a key item for them to troubleshoot.

We haven't had a scenario to date where MaintainX hasn't been helpful.
