Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Acronis Cyber Protect on our servers and power user pc's for emergency backup restores or incremental file discovery in a pinch. In case of server or pc failure, we are able to quickly restore from the cloud. In case of missing or deleted files, we are able to quickly pull from a recent incremental backup and recover the files. It provides great peace of mind for our business.

We use Acronis Cyber Protect Backup Advanced to back up our on-premises bare metal servers and virtual machine servers with the VMware vCenter server appliance. We back up 30 days of data per server.

Pros

Not great information on why some backup schedules don't work on certain servers.
Cyber Protect console can be slow or not connect sometimes.
Getting information on adding different types of licenses can be improved.

We use Acronis Cyber Protect Advanced for backing up client data stored on local drives of Windows client machines.

integration with Delinea remote password changer (when passwords are rotated for the credentials used in backup plans, they have to updated manually in Acronis CP console for each individual backup plan)

Main business problems are secured data backups and Disaster recovery solutions. The Acronis Cyber Protect brings a whole range of solutions in these areas in an elegant manner: all integrated in a user friendly console, even the DR button which the most stunning capacity of Acronis Cyber Protect. And to finish, the cherry on the cake are the prices which are very competitive. It is our favorite solution for SMB.

We use Acronis to back up our servers and workstations. The solution is efficient and the support is responsive when needed. The sales department is also looking for the best solution to meet our needs. Overall, we've been very satisfied working with this vendor for nearly ten years.
