What is Agentency?
Agentency is a no-code chatbot builder for customer service and sales. Businesses train an AI agent on their own website, documents, and product catalogue, and it answers customer questions with the source shown. When the answer isn't there, it hands off to a human with the full transcript. One agent works across the website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, Slack, and other channels, in the customer's language, and integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, and 15 CMS and ecommerce platforms.
