Agentwork has three tiers. Testing is free and includes unlimited chats with one integration. Self-serve is $15 per seat per month with a 30-day free trial, unlimited chats, unlimited integrations, and 1GB of storage per seat; there is no seat minimum, so a single user can subscribe. Scale is custom-priced and adds concierge onboarding, unlimited storage, dedicated support, and an SLA. There are no usage credits or per-question charges on the self-serve tier.
