Agentwork
What is Agentwork?
Agentwork is a shared knowledge layer for companies, with AI workflows that run on it. It connects to the tools a team already uses, including Slack, Notion, Google Drive, email and CRM systems, and answers questions in plain language with the source attached. Retrieval is permission-aware: each answer is scoped to what the person asking is allowed to see, and that scoping is enforced by the system rather than by the language model.
When an answer is not documented anywhere, or when two connected sources contradict each other, Agentwork opens a resolution ticket with the person most likely to know. That person's reply is stored with the appropriate access level and reused, so coverage improves through normal use rather than through a separate documentation project.
Workflows run on the same knowledge base. They can be scheduled or run on demand, take actions in connected tools, and involve people directly: a workflow can request input or approval from a colleague mid-run, and several people can work inside the same run together. A template library covers recurring work including weekly status reports, inbound lead research, support ticket triage, converting meeting notes into action items, drafting release notes and building onboarding documents for new hires.
Agentwork is model-agnostic and built on the Model Context Protocol, and it is hosted in the European Union. Pricing starts free with unlimited chats and one integration. The self-serve plan is $15 per seat per month with unlimited integrations, 1GB of storage per seat and a 30-day free trial, and there is no seat minimum. A Scale plan with concierge onboarding, unlimited storage, dedicated support and a service level agreement is priced on request.
