AIMS Grantmaking Software

AIMS is an enterprise-wide grant and program management system designed to meet the needs of grantmaking and funding organizations. The end-to-end solution enables management of all stages of the grant lifecycle, including requests, assessments, recommendations, authorizations, payments, and reporting. AIMS supports organizations across a range of sectors, including healthcare, government, education, research, international aid, heritage and culture, and sports.

The AIMS platform allows users to customize workflows based on their own specific grant schemes and best practices. Users can also create custom online forms with multiple question types and different sections, and connect these to the database. Document management functionality enables secure storage of all applications, submissions and proposals alongside their attachments. Access controls let administrators manage permissions by user, role, or grant program.

AIMS includes a built-in customer relationship management (CRM) system to capture, store, and manage all applicant and donor data. Donors and contracts are managed throughout the contract pipeline to create a single system of record for all contract and reporting requirements. A meetings module records decisions and all associated reference documentation, allowing for auditing of decisions. Users can also track KPIs, control program financial pipelines, and generate reports and analytics dashboards with AIMS.
