Software capabilities include underwriting, book-building, marketing, issuance, corporate actions, capitalization table management, distributions, and redemption. The Akemona platform is a web3 system with smart contracts. It is blockchain-agnostic. Akemona states they have extensively tested their platform on Ethereum, Polygon, and Arbitrum.
Custody PlatformsAkemona supports digital asset wallets, like, MetaMask, Coinbase, and custody platforms, for example, Fireblocks.

According to the vendor, the Akemona platform gives businesses the opportunity to raise up to $5 million per year. The Akemona portal enables real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. Business projects can sell security tokens and issue NFTs and utility tokens as perks. Akemona accepts investments in USDC stablecoin that speed up the settlement of transactions and enable worldwide investors to invest in US-based businesses.
