For transport companies, it is important to communicate quickly to offer the best service to our customers. Rainbow in our organization helps us to have this better communication, to be able to contact the right person (from a group of people) if we have a problem to solve Rainbow is more than just a collaboration tool; it provides you a complete hybrid solution for telephony, the traditional communication method (make a call) and the new ones

  • Improve the "bubbles"
  • Add more "traditional" phone features
  • Improve the conference experiences
The main "power" of Rainbow is the hybrid model, to mix traditional telephony and the new way of communicating Rainbow is used in our company by "mobile" people who need to communicate easily with fixed telephones. For an emergency in a subway station, communications are very important and Rainbow provides everything we need for such communications.
