Rainbow in
our organization helps us to have this better communication, to be able to
contact the right person (from a group of people) if we have a problem to solve

Teams have better collaboration features than Rainbow, but for companies like the one I worked for, hybrid communication is essential and Teams can't provide all the phone features we need to work.

The main "power" of Rainbow is the hybrid model, to mix traditional telephony and the new way of communicating
Rainbow is used in our company by "mobile" people who need to communicate easily with fixed telephones. For an emergency in a subway station, communications are very important and Rainbow provides everything we need for such communications.
