By starting off their employment with knowledge about our digital software solution, we are able, to begin with, a foundation not based on paper forms and old methods. They trust the system and are able to use it for all safety reporting (incidents, inspections, and meetings). It also solves problems associated with training and learning management.

eCompliance is extremely well-suited for a company with many remote or field users. Most of our employees do not come to the office. This makes it difficult for them to turn in paper forms when completing their safety tasks. This all-digital software solution allows our employees to submit any safety-related documentation online and immediate. In turn, our administrators can quickly evaluate this data and develop solutions or changes, if necessary. They do not have to wait for a paper form or a phone call.
The only downfall is that many of our employees are not used to this kind of advanced system. Therefore, there has been quite an ongoing learning curve. We have turned many employees around, but we still have work to do.
