The Safety Intelligence Module has been highly functional for creating personalized dashboards for senior management teams, according to users. It has made the transition to a paperless system seamless, allowing users to easily find documentation and increasing engagement in safety programs. Additionally, the product has improved compliance by ensuring that forms related to fuel mixes, accidents, and OHC meetings are properly filled out, eliminating the need for paper records. While some users have encountered negative experiences with the sales staff, they have found benefits in being able to reassess and easily change internal forms. Furthermore, the software has provided employees with access to information and resources, shifting the responsibility of safety management from solely relying on the Safety Manager to involving frontline workers. We utilize the system across the entire organization to manage our health and safety program. All of our employees from top management to new hires receive access and personalized training for eCompliance during their onboarding process. By starting off their employment with knowledge about our digital software solution, we are able, to begin with, a foundation not based on paper forms and old methods. They trust the system and are able to use it for all safety reporting (incidents, inspections, and meetings). It also solves problems associated with training and learning management.

eCompliance is extremely well-suited for a company with many remote or field users. Most of our employees do not come to the office. This makes it difficult for them to turn in paper forms when completing their safety tasks. This all-digital software solution allows our employees to submit any safety-related documentation online and immediate. In turn, our administrators can quickly evaluate this data and develop solutions or changes, if necessary. They do not have to wait for a paper form or a phone call.

The only downfall is that many of our employees are not used to this kind of advanced system. Therefore, there has been quite an ongoing learning curve. We have turned many employees around, but we still have work to do.

Both full-time HSE employees support eCompliance on an on-going basis. They are both well-educated, versed in computers usage, and very knowledgeable in the field of HSE and overall business objectives of the organization.

We are well vested in the system and appreciate everything that it offers, including the support. Going back to pen and paper after utilizing such an advanced system would be detrimental to our overall success. Our employees are used to (or getting used to) the system and it would not make sense from a business or a safety perspective to take this away from them.
