Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Ambassify has been a great software since it allowed us to grow as a team. It has been the best tool that we have used to communicate and to keep up to date with our coworkers. Ambassify helped us deliver the best support to our team in a timely manner. We use Ambassify within different departments.

Pros

It provides Voting and Polling statistics.
User Friendly.
Good support if we run into issues.

Cons

We have experienced some lags when starting to run the software.
Better integration with external channels.
I am not able to understand how to link WhatsApp as for now.

Likelihood to Recommend

This software can be used where internal communication is needed or needs to be improved. Ambassify works better in a situation where there is a need of letting your team know daily reports and other types of internal notifications. As well, Ambassify is needed when you need to provide support to a team. This software would not work as expected for a sales conversation with an external customer.

Used as an employee engagement program to build trust with employees by enabling the sharing of ideas, providing a platform for feedback, and sharing of information. This platform enables us to tailor content for specific areas and has also enabled us to make data-informed decisions. I would recommend this platform.

Ambassify is a great way to inform colleagues about comms on social media. It’s very easy for people to share/engage with posts. The platform is convenient and requires low effort. It’s great to be able to use one platform for a variety of campaigns to keep colleagues engaged. This is a great tool.

Ambassify has proven to be a great solution for our company, we faced many challenges trying to make our workspace more friendly without mixing our personal life, Ambassify helped us to resolve that conflict, by allowing our teammates to communicate and interact freely like any other social media, but in a closed and secure environment.

Ambassify is a well-suited tool to create casual and professional relationships among a company or organization, it has the ability to let the community safely share files so it can be used to share guidelines or procedures, however, is not well suited for those scenarios that could require live/onsite assistance.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I currently use Ambassify to help the managing partners with our employee engagement (internal) strategy. We chose this as it was used by our HR team in my previous company. We use its features to try to keep our team members happier in their jobs, by empowering them more and getting them more involved in all areas of the business, such as HR, service process, and marketing. As people are our main USP (being a service agency) this has enabled us to better advocate the agency.

Pros

Enabling the creation of a platform that can reward employees for going the extra mile and help to spread the word about the company
How the platform has almost been "gamified"
Just keeps employees up to date on all of the things going on in the company from a marketing perspective - such as new web pages/social posts, meaning they can engage with this content and help promote

Cons

Social sharing is quite important for us, and we encourage the team to share our posts, however, the functionality could be a little more sophisticated to make it look more natural
I do tend to spend some time on a monthly basis having to manually process a lot of the rewards - a more streamlined solution here could be useful
The cost is a little high for a small team (this said we have expanded its use beyond the boundaries of our company and using it with external stakeholders now - which I think will become even more important than)

Likelihood to Recommend

For any SME looking to expand their reach, and do so via the people that work there or via those that partner with the organization, it is highly recommended. The cost involved is high, and to set up a good reward system there would be more costs, but for any organization looking to increase its public relations via the people that are close to it, I'd say it's highly recommended. This is simply because we feel that word-of-mouth marketing tends to bring in more business/talent for us.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a company with numerous but unified people, we required software able to provide us with enough tools to communicate [with] teammates. We really feel that Ambassify has been an excellent software since it has been able to provide us with all that we need to share files, notifications, and important messages through our teams. We always have had struggles sharing files of different types. With Ambassify, we can easily and in a fast manner, share different types of files whenever we need them at the time we need them.

Pros

It shares files in easy and fast way
It let us have numerous chats opened
It is good for both, formalizing and socializing

Cons

We have had issues trying to link Ambassify to WhatsApp
I think that it would be nice to schedule posts and notifications
There has been times where there is a slight delay on the notifications.

Likelihood to Recommend

Amabssify works better in scenarios where we need fast internal communication. There have been situations where our agents required of help on their tasks. Ambassify has been an excellent way of communication. With Ambassify we can easily share required internal guidelines with our agents. As well, Ambassify is a tool that allows our agents to have needed documentation handy. Ambassify would not work very well when we need onsite help.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The traditional platforms for news sharing and feedback (Teams, Outlook, regular gatherings) do not let us be as transparent and engaging with our community as tools like Ambassify allow us to. We gain exposure, employees' sense of protagonism, and employee feedback.
