Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We were looking for a solution to implement in-app transactions, like in-app purchases or in-app subscriptions. Apphud allowed us to implement auto-renewable subscriptions in an improved way, so we choose Apphud as the solution provider for subscriptions, etc. We found that Apphud is also good in reporting and analytics of transactions.

Pros

  • Apphud implementation is quick and simple compared to its competitors.
  • It doesn't put too much load on the app or device.
  • It works efficiently and we can rely on it.
  • It gives real-time reporting and analysis could be done using charts and graphs in an easy manner.

Cons

  • It would be great if they could add some more payment options or payment gateways.
  • They could work on a little improvement in the UI/UX, however, that is not a big issue.
  • They could add some features for better A/B testing.

Easy to integrate solution for In-app purchases

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We were looking for a solution for in-app subscriptions and in-app purchases, then Apphud came to our notice. We are having one of our apps developed using Flutter and integration of Apphud with Flutter is quite an easy process. Using Apphud, we do not have to think about handling the logic of in-app transactions.

Pros

  • Integration of Apphud is the best thing about it. It is quite a simple process.
  • As our app is Cross-platform, based on Flutter, Apphud manages it automatically.
  • We can precisely analyze the data. Their charts and other analytics formats are awesome.

Cons

  • They might consider offering some other plans for low-budget startups.
  • It might be better, if it could support some more payment gateways.
  • They might consider UI upgrade a little bit, however, this is not the major concern.

Likelihood to Recommend

Apphud is well suited if you are having an already published app on one of the app stores, i.e. Android Play Store or iOS app store and you are looking for an in-app subscription solution or similar requirement. Apphud might be not that useful for you if you already have an in-house working solution for in-app transactions.
