We use Appointy to quickly schedule meetings and turn the process around. No long searches in outlook to find the right date and time. You give the recipient access to your availability and empower them to schedule a meeting. You can quickly copy and link it on every platform you like as the link takes you to the appoint.ly page that gives you access to scheduling the appointment. It's easy with colleagues, but even better if you are looking to schedule an appointment with clients. After a successful appointment, you get a notification in your e-mail which you can use to create the appointment in your own calendar.

Appointy is good for small businesses looking to outsource some admin work and get appointment bookings done online, especially if you don't have a huge client base. You can input the individual client's name in the system so it helps to personalize your services. It's not so suitable for larger companies. It's a good price for small businesses. Sometimes the design can be a bit clunky and the user interface isn't perfect, but for the price and google integration it's well worth it.
We piloted (free version) of Appointy to try to organize our COVID testing. We piloted the free version of Appointy and another product. Appointy was an approach to try to enable online scheduling for a community that now desires to use technology for just about everything.

Easy to use, easy to set up. We thought the interface was fairly simple and we didn't need all the bells and whistles that it offered. We loved the ability for users to login and easily schedule and receive reminders. It integrates with Google which is what our families really liked, especially since so many use Google Suite products. We appreciated the widgets that could be used on websites across our school district.

Software in general is easy to use and has helped remove the back and forth of finding a day and time that works for everyone involved.
Appointy makes customer engagement & scheduling an effortless job. Its features such as social media integration (Facebook), and website integration have made customer engagement so much more effective. It has increased my productivity and helped in attracting & retaining customers. My Google Calendar & iCal account sync through Zapier which has made it work like a charm with my existing set of softwares & subscriptions.
