Atlas Gov

Atlas Governance is a governance workspace for boards, committees and shareholder meetings. It is built for the people who keep governance running, from corporate secretaries and governance teams who assemble agendas and produce minutes to board members who need context before deciding. When this work is spread across email, shared folders and spreadsheets, document versions diverge and the decision trail becomes hard to reconstruct.

The full meeting cycle in one environment

• Before: meetings are called and agendas assembled with AI support, with materials released according to each participant’s permissions.

• During: participants follow the agenda, open documents, register votes and record decisions, in person or remotely through Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

• After: minutes are drafted from the meeting itself, signed digitally and stored with full history, and action items stay visible until closed.
