Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have virtual meetings with global stakeholders. Diligent Boards allows us to share books ahead of time and also review that information offline. This is critical in a global environment as access to internet is not always reliable and have access to information offline is critical. Having other sections, like a resource center, is excellent as it allows us to reference information.

We are new users, just a couple of months in. We startrf using to simply digitize and use the virtual capabilities when we need to meet off-site and the ability to have a more templated board book and agenda that takes less time to create.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently use Diligent Boards to support our Board of Directors and Committee meetings. We also use Diligent Boards for questionnaires such as D&O and the annual self assessment. Our main goal is to easily share information with our directors and executives, and Diligent Boards gives us the opportunity to do that without the hassle of sharing paper documents and is secure.
