We used it for the banking industry, and it's very well suited for credit unions. They had some basic intentions ready for the banking industry, which could be used easily without fuss, and technical knowledge required. Automation for various basic stuff was done in a few days, and the integration with the call center for the issues that could not be resolved from the chatbot was also very smooth and crisp.
