Overall Satisfaction with boost.ai

We used an integrated boost.ai for one of the credit unions (financial and banking service). Our client of ours wanted to reduce the customer support cost. Hence, we suggested going with Boost.ai after going through various similar products, it solved a lot of the issues of our client, and we were able to reduce the customer support cost by almost 60%.

We used it for the banking industry, and it's very well suited for credit unions. They had some basic intentions ready for the banking industry, which could be used easily without fuss, and technical knowledge required. Automation for various basic stuff was done in a few days, and the integration with the call center for the issues that could not be resolved from the chatbot was also very smooth and crisp.
