BRAVO is employee-recognition and rewards software from WorkHub Platform Inc. It lets employees and managers recognize contributions through public or private messages tied to company values, assign points, and redeem points through a rewards catalog. Recognition activity is recorded in a shared feed and can be used for milestone celebrations, team challenges, structured awards, and nomination programs.

The platform includes pulse surveys, eNPS tracking, and dashboards that compare participation, recognition frequency, and sentiment data. HR teams can use these reports to identify departments or employees with lower recognition activity and engagement indicators.

BRAVO AI Assist can draft recognition messages and surface recognition prompts for milestones, anniversaries, project completions, and other contributions. BRAVO integrates with Slack and Microsoft Teams, as well as supported HR systems such as Workday, BambooHR, ADP, and SAP SuccessFactors. Slack and Teams are available on the free plan; HRIS synchronization and engagement-survey capabilities are available on paid plans.
