We currently use Breezeway for all of our maintenance and inspector work orders and checklists in our day to day operations. We use this to track issues and report issues and stay on time in completion. We further use the software to message with our guests quickly and seemlessly across all of our team members.

Cons
- Creating a marketplace for cleaners and repair specialists would be helpful
- A payment processor for vendors would be helpful

Anyone looking to organize to-do lists and checklists that are either reoccuring or one-off items at different properties or associated with different rooms/units, then this is the software for them. If you want to automatically create tasks based on workflows of reservations, that also helps tremendously
