Competent, with specific use cases. UI needs some work.
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We've used it to diagram the user journey and basic wireframing of an app-based project. Also used it to diagram out the back-end data-base as a first iteration to sort out our RDBMS or non-RDBMS implementation; and system architecture. We're only two people but both of us have contributed. Helps to solve problems of conceptualization.
Pros
- Some specific software integration
- Some unique UI features compared to other similar software
- Clean presentation
- Collaboration
Cons
- UI navigation
- Connector flexibility
- Improved table object
Likelihood to Recommend
Probably not best-in-class UX but it depends mostly on what integrations you need. The UX navigation does not feel as intuitive as some competitors but that might be a localization/experience preference from past software. Optimal for flow-charting type diagramming.
