Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use CallHippo to call countries not supported by other tools. It uses various numbers as calling ones and voice is clear. It is integrable with Hubspot as well and web version is also trust worthy. It is worth the money spent as other tools in the market are not used in all the countries.

BEWARE CALLHIPPO

I find it incredible that a company like CallHippo would go through this length just to keep 200 bucks of payment from us. We activated our line, PAID FOR IT! Topped up minutes. Went through the post-sales call, did various calls with support. Were confirmed that the onboarding process had finished. And yet it had not. Out of nowhere, after we sent everything to print and changed the number on some licensing paperwork, they freeze our account, and much worst, THEY SHUT OFF OUR NUMBERS!!!!! And yet, no one answers our emails. We have replied 2 times with all the info and yet nothing. This is SOOOOOO wrong I cannot even begin to express how wrong this is. I hope they enjoyed mistreating us like that and that it was worth losing their company's status over 200 dollars! Because we lost ours. Thank you so much Call Hippo!!! As I search google I see many others have the same issues.

CallHippo is useful for us as it provides an official and international calling number with calling fecality. This makes the corporate image better. In my organization, my sales team needs to call clients and leads in foreign countries also we need country-wise no. for our marketing campaign for multiple countries. Also, we can track team-wise calling.

Calling abroad to international clients, while we use international number then response rate increases. Also, the client also prefers their country's number to respond. The pricing part is less appropriate. I believe they should be charged only for calling services. The name is also not suitable like what is Hippo means in the name. The person who uses this service is a Hippo?

Run away, there are many alternatives way better than them.

The company promised us a working virtual number and did not deliver and asked for random documents they did not ask for before.

They also charged my credit card for the full year even though we enrolled for a monthly trial. They are saying it was because we used their coupon that worked for their monthly payment. It was a misunderstanding on our side and the result is a full-year charge.

I will be pressing charges in India, the EU, and the USA. Remember, whenever you are not pressing charges for scams and overcharges like this - you are encouraging the company to hurt other people.

For others coming along - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

CallHippo is a comprehensive cloud-based business VoIP solution. It offers enterprise grade phone service, contact centers, customization and more to help companies in almost any industry to optimize their communications. It amazed me that CallHippo thinks about callers and customers with such a deep root. Time Zone feature in dialer lets us know the time zone of the specific country. So, we can decide whether it is right time to call or not.

CallHippo not only reduced our telephone bills as well as it made our business communication too easy. They make it possible to connect with our clients even while on go. The voice quality is superb and they have great customer support for resolving issues. It's easy to set up the tool at any time on anyone's laptop.
