Celeus

Celeus is a web app for running statistical analyses without writing code. Users upload a data file and describe their question, and Celeus runs the analysis and writes up the results with tables and figures.

It covers methods including t-tests, analysis of variance (ANOVA), chi-square tests, correlation and regression, rank-based tests, repeated-measures and mixed models, survival analysis, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves.

Every run produces a reproducible package: the analysis plan, the results and tables, the R script that re-runs the exact analysis, the software versions, and an audit log. The package lets users re-run the analysis later and check the numbers.

Celeus has a free plan. It is built for research and teaching use. It does not give clinical or diagnostic advice.
