Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ClickMeeting to host online workshops and webinars as part of our educational mission. It helps us reach a wide audience, because most of our participants are family carers and are often busy and cannot attend in person. The platform manages registrations, sends reminders, and keeps participants engaged with interactive tools like chat, polls and q&a. Our use is focused on live sessions with up to a hundred attendees, mostly for training and awareness-building events.

ClickMeeting works very well for on-line learning, workshops and educational meetings. We use it to host live training sessions, where features like screen sharing, presentation streaming, and Q&A keep participants engaged and learning effectively. It is great for hosting big and professional events, but if it comes to occasional meetings ad hoc, I would prefer to use other tools for meetings i.e. Teams.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

At our Foundation, we have been using ClickMeeting for several years now. The program works well on many levels - it allows us to quickly organize internal meetings for employees. But that's not all - ClickMeeting also allows us to organize webinars for people outside the Foundation. We organize such events periodically, and they are an important element in the pro-liferation activities that our Foundation conducts.

ClickMeeting is easy to use, especially if you have extensive experience with video meetings or conferencing software. There may be a few extra steps, as depending on the type of meeting format you choose, the event does not start or end automatically. The more people attending the event, the more time and care may be necessary for ensuring accurate delivery of invitations and deciding on password sharing.

We found that the conference call had great quality. The video was high definition, and the sound was clear and crisp. We did note that virtual backgrounds weren’t always smooth, but this depended on the device and connection.

We use ClickMeeting in our company for hosting webinars that are dedicated to fertility patients seeking advice, information, second opinion and get some answers directly from Fertilty Experts. ClickMeeting gives an opportunity to connect patients from all over the world with Top Doctors from Europe. ClickMeeting is a user-friendly platform that offers lots of useful features for attendees as well as presenters. We can display attendees' questions on the full screen while the doctor can easily address it directly, we also use presentations, additional features as pointers, an option to draw, select gives a chance for the presenter to better explain what he means, which enhances engagement during the presentation.

The platform offers freatures like screen sharing or option to upload files or video, it's also possible to use any videos from YouTube, you just need to paste the link, other interactive tools include pointers, drawing options, full screen, people can connect from all over the world and maintaing their anomity as it is possible to hide it from the audience (only initials are seen).
