Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The

feedback from our participants and guests we meet with at meetings is

very pleasant and positive. We feel very secure with the recordings

we send to those who have been given access to it. The ability to

withdraw the publication of a recording is much needed and meets our

security requirements. This gives us control over how long a

recording is available. What we wanted was an unlimited length of

meetings and this led us to take up the offer and in reality we got

much more. ClickMeeting is a true technology partner. It is

constantly improving its service, introducing new features and

enhancing our online meetings. Such cooperation is very beneficial

and helpful in our daily operations.

Pros

The possibility of holding three separate meetings at the same time is the best part. And that's for a reasonable price.
The first time you log in , the browser has an option to remember your settings and just with three clicks you are at the meeting.

Cons

The only inconvenience is that we cannot increase the size of the recording drive ourselves.
What annoys us is that the window of a participant with the microphone muted and the camera switched off disappears from the screen.

like that different groups with different needs are able to use the

platform at the same time. Sometimes it's difficult for us to predict

how long a connection will be needed, so the most important thing is

that we don't have a time limit to run a meeting. This improves our

operation. We work entirely online and an efficient platform makes us

more successful in our operations. We like the fact that we use only

one and pre-defined link and also that the security is based on a

password which we can change ourselves without any problems. This

allows us to organize meetings and webinars really quickly. What

makes the meetings easy to organize is that you can save on platform

all the files you will use during the meeting. You can quickly access

them after sharing the screen and discuss them with participants.

At our company, we use ClickMeeting primarily to host webinars for clients. We organize events and promote them on social media and through email marketing. ClickMeeting integrates well with social media, making it easy to promote webinars.

We also use ClickMeeting for internal training. This is particularly important for our organization, and ClickMeeting features like seamless screen sharing and survey creation facilitate efficient training.

We've also hosted a webinar for external clients, and everything went smoothly there, too.

Pros

Recording webinars works really well. This is especially important for our clients because it allows people who couldn't make it to the webinar to still catch up.
I appreciate the efficient screen sharing feature. It's essential when discussing presentations.
The ability to create polls is a feature that works really well. It makes it easy to quickly gather participants' opinions on a topic.
ClickMeeting provides transparent data and statistics on specific webinars. This streamlines the process of preparing webinar summaries for clients.

Cons

First-time users of ClickMeeting require some familiarization. Some features seem too advanced for them, so a better user guide for those just starting out would be helpful.
Webinar participants who connect by phone sometimes experience difficulty with some features. It would be worthwhile to improve the performance of the mobile version of the app.
I think certain aspects of webinar room customization, email templates, and registration forms should be more flexible. I'd like to be able to add things like brand colors, specific background photos, or other brand-related elements.

I would definitely recommend ClickMeeting to my friends. It's a great tool that streamlines workflows.

Clickmeeting is great for anyone who regularly hosts professional webinars. Clickmeeting is reliable in terms of sound quality, screen sharing, and meeting flow. I've never once encountered an error with the platform that affected the webinar.

Clickmeeting is also a good tool for conducting corporate training. It allows for quick feedback through surveys, chat questions, and participant reactions, such as a raise of hands.

Clickmeeting can also be useful for group projects that require subgroup work, such as important company projects. I used clickmeeting in each of these options and I can confidently recommend it to anyone.

I use ClickMeeting to organize online training. I really like the features that enable collaboration in groups and I think that the connection is quite steady. I have used ClickMeeting for the entire 2025, and chose to continue in 2026. It is good choice if you are a heavy user like me - I host meetings at least three times a week, each meeting is ca. 2 hours.

We use ClickMeeting to host online workshops and webinars as part of our educational mission. It helps us reach a wide audience, because most of our participants are family carers and are often busy and cannot attend in person. The platform manages registrations, sends reminders, and keeps participants engaged with interactive tools like chat, polls and q&a. Our use is focused on live sessions with up to a hundred attendees, mostly for training and awareness-building events.

At our Foundation, we have been using ClickMeeting for several years now. The program works well on many levels - it allows us to quickly organize internal meetings for employees. But that's not all - ClickMeeting also allows us to organize webinars for people outside the Foundation. We organize such events periodically, and they are an important element in the pro-liferation activities that our Foundation conducts.
