Overall Satisfaction with ClickMeeting

We use ClickMeeting to host online workshops and webinars as part of our educational mission. It helps us reach a wide audience, because most of our participants are family carers and are often busy and cannot attend in person. The platform manages registrations, sends reminders, and keeps participants engaged with interactive tools like chat, polls and q&a. Our use is focused on live sessions with up to a hundred attendees, mostly for training and awareness-building events.

it’s intuitive, well-organized, and accessible even for users with limited technical skills. Setting up events, managing registrations, and using features like polls or presentations is easy.
The platform also provides helpful automation (emails, reminders, reports), which saves time and simplifies event management for our small team. Some rare, occasional performance issues can affect the user experience.
We chose ClickMeeting over zoom and teams because it’s better for running structured webinars and online workshops.
Unlike Zoom, it has built-in tools for registration, reminders, and audience engagement without needing extra setup. Teams is great for internal meetings, but not ideal for public events. ClickMeeting makes it easy to organize.

ClickMeeting works very well for on-line learning, workshops and educational meetings. We use it to host live training sessions, where features like screen sharing, presentation streaming, and Q&A keep participants engaged and learning effectively. It is great for hosting big and professional events, but if it comes to occasional meetings ad hoc, I would prefer to use other tools for meetings i.e. Teams.
