The pay slips are being uploaded onto CloudPay, where you can have them all in one place and download them if you'd like. CloudPay is good with keeping your work documents organized in one place. What I like about this software is that it can be used to process payroll as well as employee data and update tax information.

CloudPay comes as a solution for payroll, treasury, and on-demand payment. It's a consolidated and easy-to-use software for such purposes. In my current organization, we are using this product for payroll management. Since my organization consists of near about 10000 employees so to handle data regarding payroll disbursement, reimbursements, and deductions, for each and every employee is a very difficult task. So Cloudpay is a very efficient solution that is a decentralized and distributed system to automate mentioned use case.

Pros

Payroll management.
Periodic reports and chart creation, per gathered metrices.
Managing reimbursements and deductions.
On demand payment.
Calculations and periodic disbursal.

Cons

User interface can be optimized.
customer support needs to be improvised.
there are few bugs in the system, so enhanced testing and regression should be taken into consideration on regular basis.

In my organization, we have replaced all paperwork with this software, for the case of payroll, treasury, or on-demand payment. And from the backend, we have requested to enhance the feature like deductions and reimbursements. So in this way, it comes as a single tool to automate the whole payroll process. Which can be accessed, stored, update, and monitored from anywhere. So the whole organization and communications seem just to be a click away. Since we have switched to the cloud pay for payroll management, a lot of finance things are still there which need to be integrated with this system to make everything intact and altogether but cloud pay, as of now, do not have room to accommodate, and that's an issue to us, as a manager. So it's a request and suggestion as well to consider other finance-related things and try to fit in the same application, I know it's a big ask, but can be tried.

Cloudpay is software that helps you organize your employee information and pay them their earned payroll. Payroll can be set multiple ways and is advertised to easily pay employees. The issues that arise seem to be customer support, limits on company size, and higher fees. This may be ideal for smaller companies.

Although Cloudpay does a relatively decent job at what they do, there are other options from the larger companies that have more resources to provide you with lower fees and more available tech support. Cloudpay is a relatively new company and there is always a sense of higher risk with that.

I used CloudPay for Payroll processing. The problem that this product addressed was being able to update tax information in a timely matter. It is an all-around tool to make changes and reviews fairly quick. (Great software if you do not have a lot of time on your hands. or are short-staffed)

CloudPay is a tool that has managed to automate the payroll payment processes with the reduction of errors and the time to process the steps according to our data. With CloudPay it is possible to have advanced work metrics with robust real-time analysis, payments on demand is another function that we use to improve processes. We have integrated other finance and human resources tools with CloudPay to improve the data collection and analysis processes, this is of great importance for the data flow.

Cons

We have achieved excellent integration with HR and finance systems to improve data collection and analysis, this is enough to trust CloudPay, I also love on-demand payment processes and I really believe that CloudPay is the best tool for the payment of payroll.

Likelihood to Recommend

Integration with CloudPay finance and human resources systems is one of the features that I like to recommend the most because it is possible to increase the speed of data recovery and analysis, I also recommend using the functions for payments on demand. CloudPay is the best payroll tool I have ever used and I highly recommend it because we can automate financial processes.
