Codecademy from Skillsoft provides the resources for us to learn or improve skills necessary in a digital world - these resources are relevant, easily accessible, and effective.

The content is relevant to our projects, and therefore adds value to our goals.
The content is delivered in a way that is conducive to adult learning, e.g., chunked into bite-size amounts (not overwhelming), uses language that is easy to understand (no technical jargon), a good mix of didactic content and quizzes (the latter adds an element of interaction).
The user interface is logical and user-friendly.
Codecademy from Skillsoft makes it easy to track your progress, not only within a course, but also relative to your weekly target.

I would like to see more video content, including introductory videos (the latter tend to make the lessons feel more personal). Some people may learn better with videos, compared to text and images only.

Codecademy helps me to brush up on skills that I have not used in a while engineering wise. For instance, recently I was tasked with building a python script to automate some excel sheet tracking of certain emails that are received. Codecademy helped tremendously here to help me get started on the basic python fundamentals needed to approach this task

Would be nice to have a wider array of deep dives into different topics instead of a breadth focused approach
The paid version is too expensive given the price its asking for
Needs more of a community in order to facilitate learning and allow users to ask questions and get timely responses to the problems they encounter

Sometimes there's a bug at the interpreter, so the exercise can be correct but it isn't exactly what the interpreter is waiting.
It needs more code languages and updates to some, like Angular
