Comcast Business SmartOffice is a great office and business solution that tailor to every need. Whether it's the connection, wireless, or any other service. Their internet and fiber solutions have helped us connect to multiple sites and allowed us to expand our network quickly with just a phone call. With the reliable uptime service that Comcast Business SmartOffice has to offer, it has helped us gain leverage in communicating in a faster and easier way.

We chose Comcast Business SmartOffice since they provide certain key areas provide great overall coverage when in that home area. Compared to Spectrum, they are similar and offer some differences in terms of pricing and billing as well as support and setup. Overall both are great product solutions, though Comcast has been around for a while and supports a variety of services.

Comcast Business SmartOffice impacts the entire company since it's used with many of the other services that work in conjunction with it. Also, patrons and guests have access to the wifi system as well as security with the cameras.

Great Experience
Overall general use of wifi for our office! Our office is out of a third-party space and they have a Comcast Business SmartOffice service. Overall, we have experienced fast and reliable service with Comcast and would use it in the future (we feel secure and safe with the video monitoring). I highly recommend it.

The ease of use is pretty remarkable when it comes to using this product. I have used other security monitoring systems in the past but Comcast Business SmartOffice is pretty unique with its ease of use. I recommend it to anyone and think it has less buffering speed than other systems in the past I have used.

Comcasts a wide net!
We used Comcast as our backup circuit until recently when we relocated to a new office. Now we are using Comcast as our primary circuit and our office WIFI. I've found that Comcast has a very reliable service hence the reason we have decided to use it as our primary circuit.

- Would be nice if there was a more robust firewall option.

- ROI was great. No additional equipment needed to provide WiFi.
- Bandwidth cost is great.
Cisco Meraki is great for remote management but lacks an internet connection.
