CoReceptionist

CoReceptionist is a visitor management platform for organizations that need to manage guest entry, host notifications, and facility-access records. Visitors can check in through a tablet kiosk or their own mobile device; the platform can notify hosts by email, SMS, or Slack and print visitor badges automatically.

For facilities with formal entry requirements, CoReceptionist supports ITAR and custom watchlist screening, NDA and policy-signature capture, escort management, live evacuation rosters, and timestamped audit logs that can be exported. It also includes pre-registration, returning-visitor quick sign-in, delivery handling, multilingual check-in in English, French, German, and Spanish, and site-level data-retention controls.
