The administrative functions are fairly intuitive, and template set up provides a consistent format for ease-of-use.

In a remote world, DocuSign CLM makes it really easy to send out documents for review and signature to various team members. The platform makes it very easy to view who has signed and who to remind about the document, and present deadlines to the signees.

When a document has been reviewed and needs a signature, DocuSign CLM automatically integrates with you contacts in Microsoft, making it simple to add members of your team. Placing signatures in certain locations, throughout the document, is very easy. When dealing with a lot of different team members, DocuSign CLM makes it easy to keep track of due to the color-coding of attributes specific to each reviewer.
We use DocuSign CLM, formerly SpringCM for our multilevel CAPEX approval process. It had helped us on eliminating the need of paper copy, faster approval process and modification on the CAPEX documentation. Also, we didn't need to run behind the approvers anymore!

It is a perfect solution for following the right DOA process while approving the CAPEX, PO etc... forms. Besides this, I couldn't see any other usage of benefit.
Manual processing is old school and more time-consuming, we were looking for a system that was going to allow us to accelerate our business to another level. Docusign CLM has allowed us to create and execute contracts and agreements to our clients and helped us manage our business as per normal after everything has transitioned to remote work, we are now able to keep track of whom of our clients have opened and signed documents and vice versa.

It has become a very safe place for our organization to store documents permanently and if you are also looking into going paperless and not having to worry about misplaced contracts then you are at the right place.

In many industries, outdated practices are holding them back or creating inefficiencies.
We use it for the signing of documents. Since COVID, electronic signatures have been more and more the norm for signing of documents. Clients welcome the convenience and we appreciate getting signed documents back quickly. This makes transactions go faster and we have an electonic 'scanned' copy of the document right away for our files.
