DocuSign CLM Useability
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
DocuSign CLM is used primarily for contractual paperwork in our business of 11,000+ team members. It is being used to enable greater efficiencies in turnaround time, having greatly reduced signing completion times from candidates. There is an increased consistency in paperwork for improved customer experience, as well as digital tracking for audit purposes. Sustainability impacts have been significant since we implemented DocuSign in 2015.
Pros
- Digital status tracking to keep a clear view of who the outstanding signers are and overall turnaround time.
- Modules for self-learning and process improvement.
- Agility to customise and edit agreements as required.
Cons
- Tag alignment to a templated document is often inprecise.
Likelihood to Recommend
If a company has the budget to implement DocuSign CLM, I would highly recommend it. It has good support functions from a learning and continuous update viewpoint. It enables efficiencies across many use-case scenarios, great tracking and reporting functions, and offers an improved user experience for both the sending team/s and receiving participants when set up right. The administrative functions are fairly intuitive, and template set up provides a consistent format for ease-of-use.
