Overall Satisfaction with DocuSign CLM, formerly SpringCM
We use DocuSign CLM, formerly SpringCM for our multilevel CAPEX approval process. It had helped us on eliminating the need of paper copy, faster approval process and modification on the CAPEX documentation. Also, we didn't need to run behind the approvers anymore!

This was the first software of this kind I had found and couldn't be happier. It had resolved the majority of our problems and we do not see the need of looking for another option at all.
