I wish events could have a more complex ticketing system, like allowing purchases of more than one at a time or adding a donation. An inventory of how many spots are left would be great, too.
The payment processor, Stripe, doesn't produce as helpful reports as we would like. We often have to go back to Donor Dock to see what something was.
Zapier is not a great partner with them.

If someone requires having a lot of customized fields for donors or wants to drill down to really minute details, it might be for them. For the average fundraiser, development director, or non-profit, I think they are great.
We use DonorDock to communicate with donors via email and text, to run reports, and to record donation data. We were searching for a CRM with an automated email feature to streamline our workflow for the team. When we found out that DonorDock has this feature, we were thrilled to make the switch.

DonorDock's customer service team is excellent. From the initial contact with the sales team, through the onboarding process with the education team, to the data imports, everyone is very supportive, knowledgeable, and responsive. I couldn't be happier throughout the whole process. For example, when I was doing the data imports, Carolyn was very helpful. We had a virtual meeting, and she guided me through the steps. When I was importing the data on my own, some problems occurred, and she quickly identified the issue and helped me adjust my data for a successful import!
At MEDIA Alliance, we've been using DonorDock for donor and ministry communication, donor and ministry CRM, and to collect online gifts. Over the months that we've used DonorDock, it's become the key tool for our organization.

DonorDock is a great solution for nonprofits looking for a great way to collect and track donations, communicate with donors, and stay engaged with contacts.
We’re using DonorDock to manage all our fundraising and Marketing. For a small staff, it’s a really great tool that makes it easy for us to manage everything that needs to get done. We really like that it integrates with Quickbooks. In general, it is very easy to use. It comes with a donation page creator to quickly create donation forms that can be linked to our website easily. All in all, it is a great tool, and we’re very happy we chose this over all the other options!

DonorDock is probably the best nonprofit CRM for small to medium sized nonprofits, when you consider features, use-ability, and value. For most organizations, it’s going to have everything you need to get the job done.
For very large organizations ($4 million raised through fundraising annually), or those where money is no object, and they want something 100% custom-built, it is not the best choice.
