Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Goverlan Reach as our everyday remote desktop support tool to provide assistance to end users. Its ad integration lets me see who's logged on where and quickly find the user session.
At the professional level, Goverlan Reach lets me do so much more than this, providing me with accurate reports on what software is installed and where and enabling the easy rollout of new software via MSI / script.

Likelihood to Recommend
Great for managing a single client with AD integration allowing quick troubleshooting of common issues such as password lockout and aging passwords. Remote desktop is quick and easy to find individual users.
It is also easy to run power shell commands whilst the user is logged in without affecting their session to fix things in the background.
