Micromasters programs are again very helpful for capacity building. it also works well for the remoted and large teams. it would be great if there are easy crash courses.

These online courses are complete and engaging, and they can be used to support different learning needs inside a company. It is flexible because anyone can complete it on its own pace and using different devices. I believe it is appropriate to big companies, because pricing may be an issue in some countries (it is expensive in Brazil).

Aa edX is a very renowned e-learning platform, so they have some strength in organizational upskilling and training. So, it is best suited to organizational upskilling on employee management, organizational behavior, marketing strategy, and so on. But for some aesthetic input to the organization edX is not that much suitable.
