We use TalentLMS to provide HR and employment law training to our clients. We provide training on things from general trainings to state-mandated sexual harassment as well as advanced issues such as the interplay of different laws.

It is great as we don't have to schedule live trainings or coordinate schedules on either side to get all those that need to be in the training in the same room at the same time.

Using TalentLMS to provide online training on state-specific harassment courses is a breeze. The ability to record a training once and then be able to use it repeatedly without having to go through creating the training is great. Additionally, there are some good courses in the can that are essentially plug and play.

We needed a solution that would be adaptable to the multiple use cases of our organization. And that would allow us to segment our LMS into smaller systems that we could brand separately from one another.

TalentLMS has been a very flexible and adaptable solution for our organization. We had identified many use cases for an LMS prior to adopting one, talent has been flexible enough to serve. Our many different needs. Both external training and internal training needs. The branches future allows us to segment our system and configure separately as needed.

TalentLMS is one of the best learning management platforms I have utilized. Prior to purchasing TalentLMS I spent months researching different services, and after reviewing all of the benefits, ultimately decided to go with TalentLMS. After utilizing it the past few years I can say with the utmost confidence that it is one of the easiest to use and comprehensive learning platforms I have ever experienced. Developing training modules and their associated quizzes is very intuitive and easy to do. From a learner's perspective, we have received nothing but positive feedback from our teams regarding the platform's usability. As an administrator, pulling a report is seamless and they are very comprehensive, allowing one to ascertain very easily and quickly the training status of multiple individuals at once. Overall, I highly recommend TalentLMS above any other platform.

I work on behalf of a utility company. I am responsible for creating content and maintaining an LMS allowing customers and contractors to access various energy-efficiency courses. What was needed was a way for them to access classes on demand and not rely upon in-person instruction. It serves approximately 400 learners.

TalentLMS is user-friendly enough for someone new to LMS management can get a site up and running in a relatively quick manner. It is rather intuitive to operate. My needs have been a rather small scale of 400 learners and TalentLMS more than meets the need to produce a professional-looking and operational website to send customers and staff. The point here is that although I do not know how well it can be up-scaled, it certainly delivers for small to medium organizations to need to get content online.

TalentLMS is easy to use and very powerful. We use it to deliver and track training at our location. The reporting and notifications work very well. Adding new courses is simple. You can use Scorm, xApi, PPT or create your own course from scratch. The library has numerous courses that can be used if you have the right package.

It does what it is supposed to do and does it well. Organizing your training into an all in one solution can be done with TalentLMS. The notifications that we have setup are very helpful and work extremely well.

I initiated our company's online learning platform for our staff and have used TalentLMS as our learning platform. I use the reports to monitor learner progress and motivate learners to complete assigned courses. The reports are also great for sharing what's been happening on our online learning platform with C-Suite executives.

TalentLMS is great as a learning platform for hosting courses. However, there's room for improvement as far as course creation is concerned. Although the new AI feature is definitely a step in the right direction, I still prefer using Articulate 360 for designing interactive courses. I guess my question would be whether TalentLMS is primarily a learning platform or a course creation tool.
