Enforcement License is priced by governed decision volume, not per seat: from $150,000/year for up to 500K decisions per month; $300,000/year up to 2M; $450,000/year up to 5M; from $1,200,000/year for unlimited decisions. A Founding Design Partner Pilot is available separately at $27,500 (list $37,500) as a fixed-price, fixed-scope 60-day engagement. There is no free tier, no free trial, and no self-serve monthly plan. Hosted (VPC / SaaS) deployment is generally available. On-premises, air-gapped, and appliance deployment is design-partner early access and is not a purchasable option today.
