It is a fantastic training tool that I have used for many years in my current and previous roll. In terms of teaching financial literacy and life skills topics, I have yet to find anything better. They also have excellent customer support if you run into any issues while setting up classes or adding content to the classes.
Pros
Life Skills
Financial Literacy
Cons
More Content
More Subjects

I feel that this particular platform is well suited for the classroom setting. There are many instances, even in classes that don't revolve directly around financial literacy, where this program makes sense. They have also recently started to include life skills content that is applicable in a variety of subjects.
We currently use Everfi to complete our mandatory preventing harassment & discrimination compliance training. We also use Everfi to assign one-off trainings to employees who are on a performance improvement plan and need to revisit certain topics.

Everfi does what it needs to do. It is user-friendly and fairly self-explanatory to our employees. One thing Everfi could consider is the length of certain trainings, particularly for supervisors. For a fast-paced and growing company, it is hard to find 3+ hours to devote in a single sitting. Often times our employees need to pause and revisit training.
The partnership Zeta Tau Alpha has with EverFi is one that is valuable for multiple reasons. Not only do we receive quality online educational programs, we have access to cutting edge research, but it also gives us the ability to receive organizational specific data and to compare that data to other peer organizations.
Pros
EverFi's online learning modules and coalition resources provide cutting-edge prevention education to collegiate members.
The annual Campus Prevention Network Summit has become a highly anticipated professional development opportunity for individuals working in higher education prevention. Not only does the experience provide exceptional education programs, but it also affords those attending the opportunity to interact and connect with prevention experts from around the country.
EverFi's Prevention Diagnostic Tools allows for benchmarking of educational programs, resources, and strategic initiatives. The feedback provided allows for campuses and organizations to critically assess how effective current efforts measure up in relation to evidence-based approaches.
Cons
EverFi is a premium product and can be quite the financial investment for a campus or organization. However, the return on investing in their education is proven through research and assessment on the effectiveness of the learning achieved by participants.

EverFi's products span a broad spectrum of health and wellness topics. If you are looking for online learning modules that allow for your students or members to be engaged in the most up to date, research-driven education, then their products are the perfect resource for your prevention programming. They are easy to set-up, customize, and implement with real-time completion tracking and data accessibility.
We used EverFi to implement compliance-focused training at our software company - mainly around diversity/inclusion, managing bias, etc. This was an important step in our scaling because training could be pushed out to new hires and remote employees at any time and we could track which courses had been completed, ensuring accountability and that we meet the qualifications for various industry certifications.
Pros
Robust compliance course catalog will save the HR/Training team time creating materials.
Ability to track completion.
Very good diversity/inclusion content - cheaper to deploy than to bring onsite consultants to teach the material.
Cons
The administration portal felt clunky with an outdated user interface.
Assigning courses could be tedious, it was hard to know what notifications employees were receiving.

EverFi is a cost-effective way to push out training to staff. Some of the pieces of training are much more updated than others. If using the tool, review the training in-depth before sending them out to make sure that they are appropriate for your team.
