Use Cases and Deployment Scope
A couple of years back, after finalizing a quoting platform. We need an esignature solution to go with our quoting tool.
We had a look at a few options from the market but however, after looking at eversign (xodo sign) we were sold on them.
The entire process was seamless, most of the usage was pretty straight forward and we just needed a couple of meeting to close the platform.
This tool is now a very important part of our Sales/Account Management stack.
Pros
- Very good UX
- Simple to use
- Can separate different teams within the Org with separate instances
Cons
- Google SSO signup could be nice
- The login page UX could get better and users should not have the ability to create new instances
Likelihood to Recommend
The pricing is great, and their support is pretty good too.
I have always gotten a good response from their support within a decent amount of time.
However, the product is pretty simple to use so we hardly have to go to them for queries.
Ever since we've rolled this platform we have gotten pretty used to it.
