Filechimp not compatible with Outlook

Filechimp was purchased to file emails. It was intended to aid management of the emails.
Pros
- It does nothing well in my opinion
- Constant issues I feel
- Constant issues.
Cons
- It doesn’t work with outlook so it needs to start to work with outlook.
Return on Investment
- Filechimp took the subscription money but when it didn’t work they refused to refund from my experience
