Business Problems Solved

FullContact is a powerful tool that enables users to enrich their CRM data with demographic and social media information. This saves valuable time that would otherwise be spent on manual data entry, allowing sales associates to focus on converting leads into customers. FullContact's APIs are also useful for finding social media accounts associated with an email address, making it easier for sales teams to communicate with prospects.

Another key use case for FullContact is enhanced KYC, which allows businesses to validate customer data and ensure they are who they say they are. This helps businesses avoid fraudulent activities and maintain compliance with regulations. Additionally, FullContact is used to provide supplemental user data to enhance product value and person identification by mapping PII to online handles. Overall, FullContact provides accurate, complete data sets that are valuable for sales and marketing teams, contact management, credit decisions, influencer programs, trend analysis, and more.

Contacts Server decent

Rating: 8 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I was working with a client and they wanted a central management solution for their business phones to manage contacts. I started looking into this product to share a central database of company contacts. FullContact provided a solution that could be used on every phone and contacts could easily be updated when there was a change.

Pros

  • Sharing contacts.
  • Easy to edit.
  • Nice interface.

Cons

  • Making contacts read only.
  • Price.
  • Free for education.

Likelihood to Recommend

It gave our clients what they wanted and that was shared contacts. The problem was they had to trust other employees did not change the contacts because everyone had admin rights to them. There are no real good web-based products to share contacts with read-only rights. This was the closest.

Easy to use API, great support

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Full Contact Enrich API to provide demographics about the fans of sports teams to our clients. We also use it to segment audiences before enriching with other data providers.

Pros

  • They have an API, which is a step above other identity resolution providers.
  • They can merge many disparate sources of data into a single identity.
  • Good client services team

Cons

  • We notice that sometimes the API doesn't respond correctly the first time we send it an email; we have to send it again.

Likelihood to Recommend

Full Contact Enrich API is well-suited to track how the demographics of a particular segment are changing over time.

My favorite new app for contact organization

Rating: 10 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Updating contacts, developing segmented email lists for email campaigns, expanding contact lists to include more information about the contact and their organizations. This is my new favorite app for organizing contacts and segmenting email lists. It is also the only app I have used that will transcribe business cards with 100% accuracy (they use humans to enter info from pictures of cards rather than software, like most other apps). The "merge contact" feature is great and allows you to review the contacts being merged before doing so automatically. It also integrates with Google accounts, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Yahoo. Another great feature is the ability to export data in a file, which you can then upload to your regular CRM software or to Constant Contact.

Pros

  • Update contact info daily
  • Manage contact database and segment lists
  • Allows you to export lists or the entire database

Cons

  • Needs to allow for more than 50 business card transcriptions per month
  • Sometimes tries to merge contacts that are not the same person
  • Does not sync individual account with business account

Likelihood to Recommend

It imports data found on the internet (such as social media profile URLs, web addresses, etc.) to your contact database. The app actually uses humans to import data from your business cards using a snapshot (and does so accurately). It allows you to download a backup of your contact database that can be uploaded to your email client. FullContact integrates with Google a.ccounts, Twitter, LinkedIn, Yahoo, and more. It also provides a good format for importing contact databases using Excel. However, customer service is a bit slow

FullContact is great!

Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I like this as it acts as an automatically updated Rolodex for all my contacts. I'm able to store thousands of contacts and keep them updated. Allows you to bulk import contacts for easy management. This also allows me to access them across the cloud and not have to worry about localization or where they're kept.

Pros

  • Contact Social Profiles Updated Automatically
  • Cloud Storage Ability
  • Cost Effective Solutions

Cons

  • The extension can be a little buggy at times.
  • The limits on the free plan could be better

Likelihood to Recommend

FullContact really excels at contact management and storage. I can manage all my contacts and their information very easily with this product. It also scans for changes in their information and keeps it freshly updated. If you have a lot of contacts or need a product to keep them all in one place in the cloud then this is your deal.

This is a quick and easy way to upload information from business cards to your current contact database. It can be used by those who are organizing email marketing campaigns. It is also good for personal use -- since it organizes all available information about any given contact it is a great resource for looking up people before meetings and doing other types of background research.
