PeachWorks is used from our Restaurant Managers all the way to our Director Operations. At the restaurant level, the management uses it to enter invoices from our vendors and enter inventory. From that point, they can access reports created by PeachWorks or by the corporate office. They can easily check food cost controls and labor usage. At the corporate level, labor and food cost reports are generated for the owner. Our register system Micros/Oracle also feeds info into PeachWorks. In the Payroll Dept, we use it to pull reports for the week, or the 2 week payroll period to upload to our payroll system as an Excel report.

Pros
- Custom reports.
- Exporting to multiple platforms.
- Integration with our register system.
Cons
- Some custom reports can have errors in our register system is altered (time punch edits).
- Exports can't be customized by font style or size, and must be done within Excel.
- Cost. It is a big program, and we have Enterprise, plus six restaurant locations, so we have a lot of info on it.
Likelihood to Recommend
It is a great system. I love the functionality, the ease of operation, and the custom reports (my favorite part).
We can set certain functions for the store levels, and more functions for the corporate level. Inventory controls and costs are almost immediately updated, with very little lag time.
It is pricey, and when we signed up it was only done with a once a year payment. Other programs we pay monthly.
