With Glassix, we're able to resolve our clients' repetitive support queries and provide a personalized and swift response to their everyday issues. We are using the Unified Inbox and the AI suite to streamline our business operations, and the AI features are brilliant. We use the auto-suggested replies and the one-click conversation summary features to speed up and ease our work. Another stand out is the AI chatbot, using this chatbot we're able to increase important KPIs for our department such as First Response Time, and Customer Satisfaction on a regular basis.

Likelihood to Recommend
Glassix is best suited for small customer service teams that handle a usual high volume of tickets. For us, we need to answer pretty much the same repetitive or similar subject, 3-5 questions from our client base; by having the AI chatbot, we do not need to deal with this anymore and are free to do more with our time. What I would love to see more is some more guides and resources on the AI features, although we use them quite vastly here. Some tutorials on how to customize would be highly appreciated.
