What is Google Forms?

Google Forms is an app for creating forms and surveys, and is part of Google Apps for Work. The product focuses on ease of use; the interface is similar to a document editor, with drop down lists of options and drag and drop question re-ordering. Users can embed images and video into surveys. Users can also program the question flow with custom logic. Google sends users basic summaries of the survey results automatically, or users can export the raw survey results data and analyze it via spreadsheets or other analytics software.

I gave this rating because of the ease of use and document creation. Google Forms also has features that allow users to get help answering questions about the software and document creation. Creating [tests] and quizzes [are] extremely easy and Google Forms does the hard part for you that way you can just input your information and your document will be generated for you.

For the most part Google Forms offers valuable resources and tools to create forms. It also is easy to integrate with other applications and offers ad on features. However I feel it could improve on forms used for survey questions and or open end questions.

Most Google products are very easy and intuitive to learn and use, and Google Forms is no exception. It requires very little training or learning to use. Most users who are familiar with other text editing software will be able to use it immediately. It's also very intuitive in terms of programming logic and sharing and distributing with your audience.

Overall, Google Forms is very easy to use, especially for those who are already familiar with other Google products. Typically, we don't have to provide any special training for employees or customers to use Google forms. It works well on desktops or mobile devices, and the standard format for forms is intuitive for end users as well.

Google Forms is incredibly easy to use, and because of that, it's also easy to teach new employees how to use it. Each area makes sense, and Google lays out what to do in each box. Due to its simplicity, I was able to teach myself how to use it within an hour.

Google Forms is a very intuitive and easy to use tool, it is not necessary to have a complex knowledge to create advanced forms, it is enough with the functions and aids that the tool offers for the creation of these, even children and students can do it, also the way to export the data is really simple, simply an incredible tool.

Google Forms is a fantastic free tool that is incredibly versatile and able to be used in a wide variety of contexts. It could be improved by offering more features such as additional question types, and the option to get live data feedback, but overall it is a fantastic product. It has saved so much time and money over the past few years and we intend to continue using it.

The interface is pretty intuitive. The drag and drop feature allows for easy organization and editing. The visual output of data in the form of charts and graphs can't be beat. It is so easy to incorporate survey results in presentations, courses, websites, or wherever. From the users' end, it's even easier.

The program is quite light. Unlike other programs, Google Forms includes a lightweight program. So you can use it without any problems. Google Forms can be shared on various platforms. By sharing them, we can enable everyone to fill out the quizzes and questionnaires that we have created to gather information. Google Forms also has a Spreadsheets feature. You can see the survey responses that have been collected on the form neatly and automatically. Also, you can see the info from the response time and the graph with this Spreadsheets feature.

The interface is simple and intuitive. The first time you use Google Forms, it has a built in tutorial that goes through all the basics. Most people can pick up how to use it with minimal support. There are some advanced features that require a bit more work but there are plenty of videos and directions online. Google has a great support section that is easy to follow.

It is very easy to use. It has a very intuitive interface, both, for the creator and for the user. It returns clear stats in a very organized manner. I [have] a very nice assortment of templates to make things even easier. In short, it does what I would expect it to do. I didn't give it 10 points for the simple reason that I didn't use any other similar product to compare to in order to give a proper rating

Excellent usability. Easy to use and master, easy to train others to use. Simply and clean interface, enough features to satisfy most needs, especially for smaller organizations and everyday needs. Highly recommend for all modern knowledge workers to be sufficient in using, as it can provide a great way to collect information from a variety of constituents. Google Forms is a standard form used across many industries, and has proven to be accepted and trustworthy.

Google Forms is very easy to use. It essentially has a "what you see is what you get" interface, which makes it very easy to customize and build the form. It also has a convenient drag-and-drop functionality, and it's very simple in the feature set. It definitely doesn't take much work to get a survey set up.

Google Forms has a fairly intuitive user interface. I think the one aspect which could use improvement is making it easier for survey builders to understand the sharing permissions that have been attached to each survey. For example, I have filled out Google Forms and then discovered that all participants' answers were visible to all other participants. This was due to user error, which ultimately comes down to usability.

Google Forms is easy to use and free, so it's hard to be against it. There's yet to be a situation where I couldn't do what needs to be done. There are moments I may need to think about the flow, but there's always some workaround to make it happen, though can be complicated at times.

In general, Google Forms is a very easy to use tool, starting from its interface, through its wizard to the process of creating surveys and forms, Google Forms does not have a steep learning curve, on the contrary, it allows people with little knowledge to use it without any inconvenience and master it.

Google Forms is very easy to use! Some features can be tricky to find initial (like understanding how to do branching, for instance) and it would be great to have continued customization available on Google Forms, but generally it is very easy to use for collecting data quickly.

It's easy to use, it is easy to learn, it is easy to integrate with google spreadsheets, it makes my job and my life easier. I don't have to think about it, it just works. It's simple in the best ways, and it's fast. It give survey creators good options and is solidly designed.
