Rollouts of updates could have been better but overall solid
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Guesty to communicate with guests, schedule dates in calendars, provide owners with access to their calendars and work with booking platform support teams.
Mostly guest support i.e. booking, payment, check in, issues during stay, etc
We will also use it to block calendars for contractors, maintenance and cleanings
We also store info regarding properties such as backup codes, location, owner contact info, etc

Cons
- The new calendar feature was rolled.out very abruptly. Next time some warning with a bit of training
- Locating canceled bookings
- Chats should come in real time, I shouldn't have to refresh to see if there's been a reply
Likelihood to Recommend
Not necessarily not appropriate but could be better overall
As stated, the chat/messaging function, locating canceled reservations, warning users when a feature is being changed and actually provide a training even if it's steps or a quick video
I know I can find it in the help center it just should have been provided up front. We shouldn't have to go looking for things.
