Guidara is priced per team member, not per supervisee. Guidara One: $29/month Includes one team seat. Supervisors on this plan can manage unlimited supervisees at no additional cost. Additional team members: $25/month each For practices with more than one supervisor, administrator, or staff member who needs access. Supervisees are always free. Pre-licensed clinicians accumulating supervised hours have full access at no charge, with no limit on how many a supervisor or practice manages. They log hours, submit timesheets, sign documents, and retain their own records permanently, including after the supervisory relationship ends. This is the main difference from per-user pricing common in this category. A supervisor with two supervisees and a supervisor with fifteen pay the same $29/month. A group practice pays only for the supervisors and staff who need accounts, not for the clinicians being supervised. Free trial 30 days, full access, credit card required at signup.
