The platform is well suited for the candidate of programming background, but we do not use this platform if we are hiring any candidate for the management team.

Easy to monitor and proctor assessments. Audio and Video monitoring can also be enabled if necessary. This is a great feature to reduce any malpractices. The system can also look for plagiarism in the code submitted which is highly essential in order to better judge the abilities of a candidate.

The ways in which we are using Hacker Earth Assessments in our organization is for our internal platforms for talent development and to conduct promotional exams for the associates. The problems that the product addresses for us are not only limited to what is described here as for managing all the infrastructure and support needed for successfully carrying out the exam.
