I use Harbor every day as a recruiter, and I really appreciate having so many sourcing and outreach tools all in one place. It saves me a ton of time throughout the day since I’m not constantly switching between platforms or logging into multiple tools. I love how seamless and simple it is to create an email sequence, add a sourced candidate, search for available email addresses, and trigger outreach. I also really appreciate the feature that allows me to create various templates - whether sequences or for interview notes. There are so many time-savers built into this application!

Harbor combines the best features I've used from other ATS systems and supporting programs for recruiting: tracking candidates, sending email sequences, tracking communications, booking links, transcription, etc. The interview feature is great because it allows you to setup templates that can include questions you'd like to ask while screening for certain roles/companies and can simultaneously view the resume for the candidate. It's a platform where you can have all information in one place- job descriptions, company information, candidate notes, resumes, etc. It's ease of use and customization options are unbeatable.
