Implemented 8 months ago across both salaried and hourly role teams. It's been a great tool in engaging passive candidates. The analytics feature is really helpful sharing market data with hiring leaders. Integration with SuccessFactors has been pretty smooth as well.
Pros
Uncovering contact info
Dynamic search functionality
Analytics
Cons
Simpler access to advanced search features
Seamless exporting with ATS
Automated reporting to recruiter and hiring leader
Likelihood to Recommend
Great tool to uncover passive talent and their contact info.
hireEZ has made sourcing so much easier. It saves me a lot of time, and I’ve been able to connect with more qualified candidates faster. It’s easy to use, and the outreach features keep everything organized. It’s been a great addition to my recruiting toolkit.
Pros
Easily Find Top Candidates from Multiple Websites
Easily Stay in Touch with Candidates Using Auto Emails
Understand the Job Market and Stay Ahead of Other Employers
Cons
Some candidate info is outdated—an easier refresh option would help.
Email insights are limited—it’s hard to tell why some messages bounce or go unopened.
AI matches can miss key qualifications; more accuracy would be great.

Where hireEZ works well:
I’ve found hireEZ really helpful when I need to source quickly for multiple roles—the AI search makes it easy to filter through candidates fast. I also like how the outreach feature keeps my communication organized and lets me send personalized messages at scale.
Where it’s less ideal:
There are times when the email contacts aren’t accurate or bounce back, so I’ve had to double-check them manually. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it slows me down a bit.
We use hireEZ for sourcing on job positions, getting additional contact information, scrubbing information in our database (enrichments) and for email marketing campaigns
Pros
I like the ease of use for email campaigns - sender delegation, alerts, pushkey, automations
I like the AI suggestions of candidates to add into an established project
I like the tags, filters, abilities with which you can search
I like the breakdowns in reporting. Specifically I like to see within projects but also across projects and users
Cons
Alphabetical sorting in stages
More filters/editables within stages of projects like how they are in "Sourcing" searches
more integration/deeper with Crelate and Linkedin
Likelihood to Recommend
I think its very suitable for sending out email blasts especially on behalf of another team member. I don't use many of the diversity features but those are helpful. We had some luck in the past with the specific certifications that are searchable for medical professionals. I enjoy the breakdown of tags and skills and how easy it is to search. The exporting feature is great but sometimes fails which is less than desireable
We use hireEZ as a search tool within our recruiting/sourcing team. We like the product as it is synced with our ATS, allowing us to search previous profiles and reqs in one spot. The business problem it addresses is allowing us to get another touch point with candidates. Unfortunately, LinkedIn only allows you to message a profile, where hireEZ will provide personal contact info if they have it. This allows us to hit candidates from multiple touchpoints. Also the drip campaigns allow you to do work upfront and then let the system do the rest!
Pros
Providing accurate contact information
Ability to make drip campaigns of multiple steps
Keep an organized list of who has to be messaged, who has been messaged and who has responded
Allowing us to export a profile right into our ATS and req
Cons
Their AI feature is not very good and is very generic
Their predicted availability and salary ranges are usually way off
I wish the skills section was ranked instead of just listed together

I speak highly of hireEZ internally. I believe their are use cases for both hireEZ and LinkedIn and whatever other sites are used in recruiting. hireEZ is well suited when you want to reach out to candidates with contact information after maybe seeing they have not responded to most LinkedIn messages. We have also had a bit of success in going back to old reqs that we can search through hireEZ in a seamless way and reach out to those candidates.
hireEZ has been an excellent sourcing tool for our team. The ability to narrow down candidates based on our specific needs has been a huge asset. I especially appreciate the email campaign feature with automated follow-ups—it allows me to set everything up and then focus on the rest of my day. It's a real time-saver
Pros
Contact information for the candidate
project saving
email campaigns
Cons
more good fit from initial search
show candidates actively looking for jobs

hireEZ is well-suited for our recruiting business. Allowing us to search for precisely what we need.
They have more than tripled their price without letting us know. They refuse to honor the old price - not sure how that is a good practice. We've been with them for over 3+ years.
Pros
find email addresses of candidates
Cons
pricing system keeps on changing
Likelihood to Recommend
We love their software but they need to better communicate with their clients. Very bad.
We use hireEZ in our sourcing of potential candidates. We source from operations, to sales, to engineering roles. This allows for us to utilize one sourcing platform to aid in finding the most qualified people, versus having to use multiple platforms.
Pros
Resume Parsing
Searching multiple sites
Boolean searches
Cons
Brings in profiles that don't match search criteria

Sourcing the software engineering community has been made easier with hireEZ, as it searches platforms dedicated to this particular area. It's been a great help!
Sourcing is not easy, especially in a competitive talent market. We decided to implement hireEZ as the platform offer mores robust features than other traditional sourcing tools we had previously used. Features such as diversity search filters, automated reach out sequences, robust reporting and role specific data insights to drive strategic hiring decisions sets hireEZ apart from other tools. So far, the team has been enjoyed utilizing hireEZ, we have made some great hires and are excited to see the impact hireEZ will have had in the coming months and years.
Pros
Talent Market Insights
Contact Finding
Diversity Filters
Cons
More Detailed Reporting
Accuracy of Contact Finding for Global Candidates

The team utilized hireEZ to pull market labor data for a new territory the engineering team was expanding into. We are able to pull market and labor data for the team as well as talent map appropriate companies to target in this search.
I use hireEZ as a sourcing tool, to help find qualified candidates to reach out to. I use it in two different ways when sourcing. The first way is within the website, I use the AI features to find qualified candidates that I then will setup email sequences with (and commonly go to their LinkedIn profile and message that way as well). I also use the hireEZ chrome extension when I am sourcing in other tools (mainly LinkedIn Recruiter) as I am able to find phone numbers and email addresses via the chrome extension. I am able to send out email sequences in a couple clicks right off of their LinkedIn profile, which is super convenient and by far my favorite feature of the tool!
Pros
The chrome extension
Email sequences
Sourcing through AI (and improving through my feedback of each candidate)
Cons
The "High Availability" filter
The profile view is not particularly friendly to the eye
Likelihood to Recommend
I love using the hireEZ chrome extension while sourcing inside of other platforms - as I'm able to pull the contact information and send out email sequences super easy! I also like being able to save candidates to my projects and export to my ATS easily when I'm ready to do so. I do not use hireEZ when I'm not sourcing for new candidates.
hireEZ has become our go-to source for candidate sourcing, particular pools of passive candidates. Our company requires security clearances for most roles and hireEZ makes that, well, easy. hireEZ has great DEI filters where we can focus on veterans, our bread and butter. We are still using LinkedIn Recruiter, but we've found more success using hireEZ as our primary source and LI Recruiter as more of an ancillary product to send InMails to candidates whose contact information doesn't populate. hireEZ is a little pricey, but not as expensive as LinkedIn Recruiter, and even Indeed is now costing me more. We also use Clearance Jobs and Cleared Jobs, but we find that we identify a lot of the same talent with hireEZ. We are probably not going to renew our contract with ClearanceJobs when that comes up for renewal because we have some redundancy. Overall I highly recommend hireEZ. They have superb service and I believe it is money well spent. The only thing I would change is having it integrated with our ATS, but we use an obscure ATS and would have to pay to have an API built.
Pros
Veteran candidate sourcing
Sourcing candidates with security clearances
Drip campaigns for passive talent
DEI filters
Cons
No prebuilt API for our obscure ATS

hireEZ is well suited to small to midsize companies in my experience. For companies with minimal budget they will negotiate better terms for a longer contract. You also control the number of seats you pay for and the type. It is basically a la carte pricing.
